Special K features Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice specific features created by Kaldaien.
Sekiro has been patched since its release and various performance issues were fixed, despite this Special K still offers improvements to HDR and Framerate limiting.
All Sekiro related fixes are embedded into Special K so no standalone mod is required.
The usual install procedures apply:
Set the in-game window mode option to Windowed before installing Special K for best performance and compatiblity.
Setting the in-game window mode to Fullscreen will result in a black screen.
Depending on your installation type (Global or Local) these settings go into different files.
Please consult Configurations for the correct location.

The Uncap Framerate feature isn’t working anymore, you can use Sekiro FPS Unlock DLL instead.
Don’t forget to adjust Special K’s FPS limiter accordingly!
The game rarely hangs with a white screen during startup, a simple game restart resolves the issue.
Switching from Global to Local injection might also resolve the issue permanently.
