¶ Quick Start Guide
Below you will find a list of games and what remasters are confirmed to work with them. Instructions are simple: check the boxes in Special K’s HDR Widget if the table has a 
for the render pass! Not every game has all render passes working, so please make sure to check only render passes with a – or 
in some cases.
Below is an example of a game where all remasters work, so all 6 remasters passes are checked.

¶ What does “Linear EOTF Required” mean?
If a game requires the usage of the Linear EOTF setting, previously the Bypass sRGB Gamma setting, noted by a in the database: in the HDR Widget click the “Content EOTF” dropdown and select Linear.
This is MANDATORY! If Linear is not selected, the game will be extremely dark and generally look incorrect.

¶ What if a game mentions that it requires “Keep 8/10-bpc Remasters UNORM”?
If this is mentioned in the notes then this setting is mandatory, as it combats artifacts created by remasters!
You will need to enable the setting by:
- Right clicking the HDR Widget
- Checking “Keep 8/10-bpc Render Passes UNORM”
3. Clicking Save
4. Restarting the game
Users who prefer ini editing can find Keep8BpcRemastersUNORM in the game’s SpecialK.ini and set it to Keep8BpcRemastersUNORM=true.

Remaster DOES NOT work, do not check it!- Read the notes! The remaster might work, but require a nightly build of Special K or an additional setting.
